How Indiserve uses information
Indiserve uses the Information we collect about NGOs to passively facilitate the process attracting volunteers. Volunteer Information is not shared, however, with the exception of names and personal contact information, may be used to internally evaluate general trends in volunteerism related to India. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Please be aware that, this Web site shares NGO Information with all users who search for and request information about your organization and volunteer opportunities:
For Newsletter Subscribers:
We may use our email lists for sending out periodic updates and other communications related to the services we provide. We do not, however, sell, rent or trade any information to outside parties.
How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information
If you are a registered NGO, you may access all your personally identifiable Information that we collect and maintain online by simply logging in and updating your profile. All changes are immediate. You do not need to contact us to access your record or to make any changes. If you have problems changing your organization's Information, please email Indiserve support at support@indiserve.org. Volunteers may directly delete their records in our internal databases by unsubscribing their email address from the main page of the Web site.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of Information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the Information we collect online.
